Marco Gru has over 30 years of experience in wealth management services and real estate advisory in French-speaking Switzerland.

After completing initial training in commerce at a bank and a notary’s office, he built a solid career in the insurance sector, holding several leadership positions, including sales team management and client advisory roles.

From 1984 to 2006, he worked for several well-known insurance companies, including La Suisse Assurances, La Bâloise, Vita Assurances, and Visionfuture SA, developing recognized expertise in portfolio management, team leadership, and commercial strategy.

In March 2006, he took his career to the next level by founding Visionimmo, a Geneva-based company specializing in real estate brokerage and advisory. Since then, he has been fully dedicated to supporting his clients in their real estate projects, both residential and investment. His approach is distinguished by meticulous attention to detail, deep knowledge of the local market, and careful listening to his clients’ needs.
